For some time now, my wife has been receiving phone calls for a man named Paul. We decided to answer it and found out that the person calling had a different number. To troubleshoot the issue, I called the number and it routed to my wife’s phone. How is this happening and is there a way to stop it so that my wife doesn’t receive calls from 2 numbers?

The calls that you are seeing for another person are likely directed at the underlying GSM number on your phone.
You can request that your underlying GSM number be changed by submitting a help ticket.
