I have 3 phones in service, my account only shows 2. I am unable to open up the information two show what my payments are. I have followed all of the instructions, however the payments that I am now being charged will not come up. Also have the charges for phone plans increased?
In order to view billing information, you’ll need to log in with the account “owner” E-mail address, rather than an assigned user account. The account you have used to post here in Community is not an owner account.
