I finished the process and have been waiting over 90 minutes.

Hi, @tresdogknight,

One of our carrier partners had a scheduled maintenance window this morning which has just completed. I would expect to see your activation finish processing in a few minutes.

Have you received the E-mail saying the phone is activated?
