Activation interrupted / No service - Moto X Pure

Replacing an older RW phone with a new RW Moto X Pure. As the activation screen was running, I noticed another notification from RW that cell configuration was required. When I did this the phone restarted. Does this stall the activation? It may have been an hour since that happened still no phone service. Cell service is now gone from the old phone.
Already tried restarting the phone, deleting the RW app, and reinstalling. Still not activating.

Walk outside and see if you can get a signal and restart the phone.

The issue appears to be resolved. It just took a bit longer to activate.
