All names are gone on my messages and no contacts are in my contact list
Hi @alana.seqi79 and welcome to the Member Community. Recommend you start by making sure that your contacts are syncing with your Google Account.
BTW - what make and model of Moto G do you have? That might help with any additional troubleshooting.
