##Issue Description : I get a “not enough memory” message when I try to do updates so I added a 32 Gig micro memory card per the Owner Manual that came with the phone.

My phone runs on Android 5.1 and I learned that I need Android 6.0 for the micro card to be seen as on-board memory. The " 6.0 Marshmallow" app says I am incompatible so how do I upgrade the Android system and make the micro card part of my on-board memory???

You can’t. Marshmallow (Android 6.0) is not available for the US version of the Moto E 2nd generation phone.

So How can I run apps on the 32 GIG Micro card if my base memory ignores that it is there?

Some apps can be moved to the SD card, some can’t. If you go to Settings, Apps, ON SD CARD, you will see the apps that can be moved to the SD card. That’s just the way Android 5.1 works.

Can I select other downloaded apps to move or do they require on board memory to run?
