Annual billing confusion

Hello, I just got an email saying I have opted out of the annual payment plan for my phone. When I tried to change it back to annual from monthly in the app on my phone, it seems it was already set to annual. I wanted to check with someone in billing to make sure I will be billed for the year and not month. Please.

I’m afraid it’s not possible to reach the billing folks via Community. For that, you would need to open a ticket.
