Anywhere does not connect

My wife’s phone popped up a screen saying “Not enrolled in Anywhere” when she was logging into a site that required 2-factor authorization. First time we’ve seen this, but needless to say, it prevented her from logging into this and many other web accounts. I re-booted the phone, and it appears that Anywhere is working again. What happened?

Thanks Southpaw,
I did power-cycle her phone, which sucessfully brought Anywhere back to life. It was unnerving to see this screen, nevertheless.
I also did a search on Anywhere in the “problems” section, but did not see this article pop up.
