Applications for G4

I have a Moto G4 phone. Will this phone support an app for a compass, stargazer, and a ruler? If not, what phone would I need?

Most phones have magnetometers, but you can typically find specifications on the manufacturers web site. You can also use https://www.gsmarena.com/ to search for information on specific phone models. Alternately, a handheld compass only costs ~$10.
