Auto deposit failed, so my service got shut off, I fixed the issue, paid in full, but when I reactivated it but it assigned a new phone number, I went to the area to change it back, it won’t let me. I open a help ticket Request #2018424 is there anything else I can do on my end to get the number changed back?
I’m afraid not. You’ll need to wait for a Republic agent to respond to your ticket. Generally, if its been less than 30 days since service was cancelled, Republic would be able to restore the old number for you.
