Battery?!?!? Not part of the device i purchased

What phone do you have?

What plan are you on?

Does your plan include data, or just talk & text?

Issue Description

Now I thought I was buying a cell phone that would only need to be charged up when I received it. Is the price break a false bill of goods? How am I supposed to use a phone with no battery?
When will I get that? Or do I have to pay extra???

Hi @roberto.kbgmi0,

I’m guessing you have received the Moto E5 Play? Motorola has decided to package the battery separately for that phone, and it is usually located in the bottom of the Motorola box. I believe it is in a little white bag, which makes it very easy to miss because it looks just like the bottom of the box.

If one was not included from the manufacturer, please contact Motorola Support.
