My daughter would like to order a new phone. She is listed under my account and would like to start her own account with her own credit card number. How do we do this?
Your daughter could simply create a new account to order new phone, then activate it upon receipt. As her current phone is attached to your account, her new phone will receive a new number when activated. Presuming she wishes to keep her current number, you’ll need to raise a help ticket asking the number on her current phone be moved to the new phone in her new account.
Alternatively, you might raise the help ticket first asking your daughter’s phone be split off to its’ own account. She would then activate her new phone as a replacement for her current phone.
