Why does my bill amount show up on all of the phones on my account? Is there a setting I can use to only have the monthly bill amount show up on my personal phone only?

Unfortunately, this is the default and there is no option to change it.

@amitl is quite correct. If the phones on your account belong to other users, you might consider assigning the phones as outlined here: Assign This Phone. That might block billing notifications from going to the other phones on your account. There are other plusses and minuses to doing this though.
