Buying a new phone

#1

Ordering new phone.

Have republic account on my current phone (which you could not fix by the way) [redacted]

Why when I check out is there a $25 new line fee?

How do I get my current number on the new phone.

Your check out wants the credit card info but is pretty sparse on the info I need.

Hi @justins.tmkiau

(you need to edit your phone # out of your post as this is a public forum).

RW does not repair phones. That would be up to the manufacturer or a third-party repair shop.

Not sure what you are referring to, but RW does not charge an activation fee.

You will be given the option to activate the phone on an existing line of service during the activation process on the new device.

Hope this helps.
