RW does not repair phones. That would be up to the manufacturer or a third-party repair shop.
Why when I check out is there a $25 new line fee?
Not sure what you are referring to, but RW does not charge an activation fee.
How do I get my current number on the new phone.
You will be given the option to activate the phone on an existing line of service during the activation process on the new device.
Your check out wants the credit card info but is pretty sparse on the info I need.
This is a public forum and as such, your login credential to access the forum may not be the same as the login to My Account . If you login to the account your device is associated with, charges will be made to the credit-card on file.
