Call function won't reactivate after updates

So yesterday got notices that my phone needed to do some updates. Had that done during the night. Phone seems to be working fine except for calls out. (Calls in working). Tells me I need to activate, I click activate, it tells me it is activated, I try to make a call, and it again tells me it isn’t activated. Have restarted phone, no luck.
(I see this was an earlier thread closed last June on this issue - but the responses on the thread indicated it was a Republic problem . . )

This is an issue we’ve seen crop up on a handful of phones. Please open a ticket describing what is happening and ask that it be investigated as part of master ticket 1508513.
