Issue Description

My phone will not make or receive calls unless it is on WiFi. This first started Thursday or Friday (3-4 days ago). When I am not on WiFi and try to make a call to anyone, I get a message something to the effect of:
Thank you for calling Republic Wireless. Our new and current customers are serviced by our website, www.republicwireless.com

Please try this while connected to WiFi… open the dialer app and key in *#*#8647#*#* . The numbers will disappear and, in the background, the phone will reset it’s RW “credentials”. Reboot the phone and try making a call. Let me know if it works.

Also, is the phone up to date with system updates?

FYI
The curated response (a good one) by @beachb is also documented as part of the Support Documents
These can be searched in two ways

And what were the results?
