We have a child who has a phone with our account. He is now independent and would like to transfer his phone to a new account of his own. How do we go about making that change without requiring him to change his phone or phone number?
Yes, what you propose can be done but will require direct support from Republic staff. To request that support, please sign into your Republic account here; Republic Help. You’ll want to ask that your son’s line of service be split to its’ own account.
