Can I remove my daughter's phone from my account and

open her own RW account with the same number?

Because splitting an account involves deactivating the phone temporarily, and it is no longer possible to reactivate phones on the older plans, you can instead accomplish this by moving the phone to the 5.0 plans.

You or she will create a new account in the process of ordering the new plan in the online store; the number transfer can then be accomplished during activation of the phone.

The ordering process is VERY clunky right now, though. So, I strongly encourage waiting until a more streamlined process is enabled (expected after the new year).
