Can not open ticket to get help- do not know my phone

You must be logged in with the ID you used to register your phone. That e-mail address and password will be needed so that your phone will be recognized as yours. If you can’t open a ticket because the system says you have no phone then check your e-mail and find out which account you used. (It sounds like maybe this is the problem.)

To find out which phone you have open up Settings, scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on 'About phone". The model number and Android version will be listed on that page.
