Issue Description

Bought replacement phone moto G6, old moto g phone 2nd gen has keyboard issues so I can’t copy from one phone to the other, no other options on new phone, doesn’t let me access apps, etc. How do I transfer out of old phone to New? Went in to account, recent purchases show new phone but no options to switch phones there either. How do I deactivate old phone and activate new phone
