Can I opt to get paper bills instead of paying through auto pay?
Unfortunately, that is not an option. You can print-out your invoices from your my account page if you need paper copies…however, there is no work-around to auto payments.
I can’t speak personally for the billing department but can say I don’t know of hearing anyone getting a paper bill. All billing is with debit/CC and done electronically. Here is the document explaining billing and you may open a service ticket for billing. Billing works M-F business hours.
