There is no option that says Cancel Service when I tried this.
Are you logged into the correct RW account that is the account owner (not as an assigned user) of the line you wish to cancel?
Does the page show you have an active phone and line?
Thanks. I only had one account. No idea what the problem was, but when I linked to it a different way, that option was there.
