I transferred my number to fi yesterday and am unable to cancel my phone in Republic. It say the cancel will come from dinner. I expected that to happen by now.
After the number completely starts working with the new carrier (calls and texts find your new phone), you should expect an email from Republic within 72 hours letting you know the line is cancelled. Do NOT cancel anything manually or you risk causing issues with the transfer completing properly.
