Cannot add Data Saturday morning at 7:25am EST

This has happened to me before but now it’s been an hour and I need more data. Can I add data from my laptop?

Generally, yes it is possible to add data using a computer, however, in this specific case, attempting to do so likely won’t work either. I’m sorry to say you’re being impacted by the outage noted on Republic’s status page linked here:

Until the outage is resolved, I’m afraid, you won’t be able to add cell data.
