Cannot hear calls, but others can hear me

Issue Description

Cannot hear people talking to me on the phone. They can hear me. This happens for both cellular and Wi-Fi. I use mostly Cellular. I've followed the instructions of Dial ##72786#, Update Profile, restart phone. That worked for about a week. Now I cannot hear again and the ##72786# reset will not work either. The volume is at 100%.

Have you tried the same failing call and use Speaker vs the handset (they are separate functions and the handset could be failing you
