Are you the only one on the account? Or is this a shared account? Do you have previous phones?
Yes I am the only account holder. The other phone is my son’s and he is a minor.
We have two existing phones and I’m trying to replace his.
Did you by chance assign a phone in the account to him? You may want to contact RW support in the morning. Look for the blue button on the right side upper middle of page. They can straighten it out.
