Can't connect with ATT phone

My wife recently moved her service from Republic to Att. Now I cannot call her. She is not getting any of my calls, voicemails, or texts. What is going on?

How long ago did she port her number over?
have you gotten the confirmation from Republic that the port is complete ?
If not it could be Republic is still routing number internally and it will fix itself in a day or two
you may want a ticket and see what Republic supports has to say on this

How long is “recently?”. It might just be taking some time for the port to complete and percolate through the systems, (ATT/RW).

If the problem persists for more than a day or two you should open a Help Ticket as RW may need to do some tweaking on how the call is routed.
