Can't see "payment" section of account info

I need to update my credit card and can’t see payment section of account info when I log in

Log in to your account and then click on the Gear Wheel that says Account Settings.

Click on the Pencil Icon by the Payment Section.

Then edit your information. You will have to fill in all of the fields, including your address, even if that has not changed.

Then click Update.

The E-mail address you are using to sign into Community is not listed as the account owner, only as an assigned Secondary User. You’ll need to sign in as the account owner in order to access payment information.
