Carrier hub app keeps crashing

When I initially activated my Samsung galaxy S10, it was on the sprint network. I recently switched over to the T-Mobile network to see if my coverage would be better. I am now getting messages saying that Carrier Hub keeps crashing and consuming a lot of battery. After some research, I find that this seems to be a sprint app. Any suggestions on what to do with it.

Short of a factory reset, the best you can probably do is disable it, or disable all of the apps permissions (most articles and discussion I’ve read say the app cannot be independently uninstalled):

I did not delete it, but have not had any other issues.
