Cell data not working even though I bought additional data

Cell data stopped working and I thought it was because I was getting low so I bought another 1GB but it still wont use cell data and I cannot figure out why.

Am I correct in presuming, you’re having this unfortunate experience in an area, where there were previously no issues using cell data. In any event, may we know the zip code (nothing more) where this is happening?

Additionally, may we know your phone’s SIM type? Here’s how to tell:

Sorry my issue has been resolved. I simply had to restart my phone.
