I changed my email and it is now correct on my settings, but replies to my posts in community are going to my old email address. Is this a known issue?
To the best of my knowledge, no.
By settings; do you mean you’ve updated your email address in Republic’s account portal at Account Management | Republic Wireless.
If you do mean you’ve updated the email address in Republic’s account portal, is there a chance you might have more than one Republic account? If you do have more than one Republic account, you may not have updated the email address for the account used to sign into Community.
Where exactly did you make this change?
I believe in order to completely change your e-mail address in Community you must update your E-mail address in the Republic Wireless Account Portal, then log out of Community and log back in.
Yes, the issue was only Community. That change seems to have fixed it. Thanks.
