Changing plans on a newly ordered Moto E


A friend ordered a phone but assumed that the $30 plan illustrated was the least expensive.
I think this has come up negore as the site leads new customers to “choose” the $30 plan/
How can she change the plan on the order before she is overcharged?
I thought of a “Help Ticket” but that takes too long to get responses and you need your phone number
which she natrually doesn;t have.


When she activates the phone, she will select her plan. She is not locked into what was clicked in the shopping cart.
