I’m trying to change my plan on my X Pure, however, when I log in I keep a getting a message that the servers have an issue. Any ideas how can I change my plan?
Generally, this has something to do with your router and/or WiFi settings. If you are trying to change plans over your home WiFi, you could turn WiFi off and then try to change over data. From my experience, even if you don’t pay for data, you can still change it when you don’t have WiFi. If that doesn’t work, you can try changing it on another WiFi network. I am sure someone else who know more about this will be able to expand on what I said and give you tips on how to troubleshoot your network. Until then, hope that helps a little!
