##Issue Description
Last night before going to bed I could not log onto WIFI…using cellular data…I went to bed decided to deal with it this AM…Still no WIFI…I have re logged onto my router, restarted router, restarted phone, and still no connection. But have connection with 2 computers and an apple phone. Also have had Sim card error in the past but rebooting phone took care of it. I don’t know what else to do?

Have you tried ‘forgetting’ your home network on your phone and then re-establishing it?.

[Settings/WiFi/Network/Forget]

yes…and still nothing

You could try placing your phone in Safe Mode and see if it will connect. If it does, it would indicate an app is interfering somehow.

I also always recommend performing the Clear Cache procedure for good measure.

Turned off router again…forgot home network…turned on router…re logged in…now it works…
