Data count not changing

Daughter’s phone has been showing 600 mb for over a week and I know she is using data. Is it possible for her to run out of data while still showing a positive balance on her RW app? Also, what would cause this.?

What leads you to believe she is using data? Things like calls and texts won’t reduce available data, meaning even if/when she runs out of data she will still be able to call and text. Things like web browsing and streaming music and video on a cellular connection will reduce available data. I believe that whenever the Republic Wireless app screen is dispayed it refreshes the available data count, but you could always restart the phone, and/or view the available data from the account portal if you have concerns.
