Data doesn't seem to have been renewed this month


My new month just started and for some reason I am having the LTE triangle with a tiny x in the bottom corner that looks like I am out of data. It does have 4019.66 MB of “other data” from the prior month and I am wondering if that is interfering with resetting my data. I am on a 2 gig of data plan.

How can I get my data back working?

This is an issue support will have to help with. Please open a ticket explaining what has happened, include the screenshot, and ask that it be investigated as part of master ticket 1494188.
