I can still call out using desktop phone but can no longer receive inbound calls. Rebooted the Grandstream device with no effect. Reboot router?
You and I sound like we’re having a similar issue with our Extend Home.
You said you might try rebooting the router…

just rebooted router and it did fix the issue of the desktop phone not ringing.
