I have a new router, Netgear x6. Phone is working well, except occasionally missed a call, no ring, right to voice mail. I have awesome speed 100+ down, 20+ up. Why do I have these errors? Can I fix them?
The 2 diags that failed, based on the verbiage provided, would indicate there was a failure of pings during the path check … the Ping Offsite is to a server beyond your ISP and no response was received. Probably a just a transient problem
- New Router, you may want to check P141 of the user guide and check that the firmware is up to date (often a new router is downlevel due to mfg/shipping supply chain delays
- The description you provide (goes to voicemail)sounds like you may be experiencing an Android problem called Doze
- Managing Doze Mode - when calls come in on cell, go to voicemail or missed and phone is sleeping … and use the alternate method provided
