I have returned a defective phone and I was charge with NO EXPLANATION. Now they are threatening to disable my account if I don’t allow the $300 charge to go thru. How do I get a Response from these people.?

Please do create a help ticket if you have not already done so. You can do that here:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Open Ticket under the “Get Help” heading.
I did. The status says “under review” for the past week.
I’ll review your ticket. Typically the dispute process does take some time, but I’ll see if anyone is available to provide you an update.
Edited to add: I moved your post to its own thread so that the author of the 8-month old thread where you had first replied is not inundated with E-mail replies about your situation.
