The Republic Wireless Expert program gives Republic members with proven expertise about our phones, our service, and our policies an opportunity to earn compensation as they flex those muscles and help their fellow Republic Wireless members.

The Experts do a tremendous job of answering questions. They are fast, knowledgeable, and treat others with respect. They receive high praise from those they help, as you can see from these recent testimonials:
The Expert program works through a third-party company, Directly, which operates on the “gig economy” to provide free-lance customer support to numerous well-known companies. Just as Uber was built the premise that if you own a car and know how to drive, you could give others a ride now and then, Directly is built on the premise that if you are a power-user of any brand, you could be answering other user’s questions about that brand. And like other gig-economy models, there’s a competitive aspect that keeps our Experts’ skills sharp. Accuracy, timeliness, and a genuine desire to help all play a role in the success of an Expert.
As you’ve seen here in Community, our members ask good questions that don’t always require a trained technician with account access to handle, questions like “How do I install an app” or “What’s my account number” or “Is the Yamaha YRS-23 Flutophone compatible with Republic?” Experts answer such questions every day. When they receive a question that does require account access or technician attention, they have tools at their fingertips that allow them to move the question quickly to our Help Team’s attention.
We’re currently looking for a few dedicated Republic Wireless members who would like to become an Expert. If you’d like to be considered, please either DM me for more information or fill out our interest form.
