Double billing question

I have 2 phones on my account. I opted for the pay for a year in advance plan. on May 10 i paid $224.51 for 1 phone, $224.51 for the other phone, and $4.50 for I don’t know what.
Since then i was charged $24.07 on May 20, $24.31 on June 3, and $24.31 on June 30.
What is going on?
