Ease of service: I am NOT tech savvy. There is no human being to call to ask questions or from whom I can get help. Is this a problem?
This is a little awkward since I notice your question has not been responded to for almost 3 hours, usually that is not the case, often you will get responses much faster.
Depending on how busy RW support is, times can vary, The community, however, is full of knowledgeable and helpful members that usually respond very quickly, and, we are human as well…(most of us anyway).
