Republic 3.0 has 2 different carriers GSM (based on T-Mobile) and CDMA (based on Sprint) (note 1.0/2.0 also used CDMA partner)

the GSM partner map Personal Coverage Check does not look good, lots roaming between those states

the CDMA partner does not look much better https://coverage.sprint.com/IMPACT.jsp

Log into your account with the same email address and password used when you purchased your phone and edit the credit card information if necessary. Then pay your bill.

The login credentials are those you used when you purchased your phone. If you forgot your password that the “forgot password” option and an email will be sent to the email address in your account.
