Fully charged G5+ stopped working

Issue Description

Moto G5+ phone worked earlier in the day, and now shows no sign of life. was not dropped and is fully charged

Try pressing the power button down for up to two minutes. If that falls to work, contact Motorola:

held power button on for over 2 min … no sign of life

Have you tried charging the phone with a known good charger for about 20 minutes and re-tried the long press of the power button?

If a runaway app suddenly discharged the phone…it might have run out of battery.
