Bought Ascend phone that came with free service. She’s complained not as good as Moto X we needed to replace. Got email other day and find her phone doesn’t work here and shouldn’t have bought it. My older Moto G3 works good. Can we trade for a phone that works better, keep her happy and keep the free service?
You would need to open a Ticket with Republic Help, outline the problem and see if they can work with you to get a better experience.
