Help! I’m trying to order new phones ( I’ve been with Republic Wireless for a few years), but I can’t finish my order because it says it can’t verify my address. I need help. I really wish I could talk to a real person over the phone. It just makes life easier. It’s the quickest way.
I really do need help. I don’t mean to be a bother, but I am short on time and I need to get this order in. I’ve ordered two phones over the past couple years, and it was able to go through. So I’m not too sure why it won’t go through this time.
Click on Help at the top of this page and scroll down to open a ticket. When you start the ticket process the CHAT button will appear if the chat operator is available. I just checked and the Chat operator is available.
