We pay all of our cell phones on one family monthly bill, but I would like to allow certain family members the freedom to change their own plans. Is this possible? Thanks!
Currently, only the primary account holder can make plan changes for the phones on that account. There is no option available to change this behavior.
One work-around would be to split such a family member onto their own separate account but still have it billed to same credit card.
The split off will require a help ticket.
