It seems to me that you are alluding to enacting the Money Back guarantee that is a satisfaction guarantee and is only 14 days. What you need is warranty support. There are two ways to get it, 1) open a support ticket with Republic’s Help team Getting Help from Republic or 2) Go to Motorola’s support.
