I recently ordered an E4… but was wanting the E4 Plus. Can I return it for the difference and get the E4 Plus?

There is no need for a support ticket for this request, and our technicians cannot arrange an exchange. We do not (yet) have a process for exchanging phones for the cost of the difference.
We do, however, have a 14-day Money Back Guarantee. You can return the E4 under the Money Back Guarantee, and then order the E4 Plus once it is available.
