The reason is the email you are using is not linked to any customer account. Make sure you are using the correct email or did you possibly mis-type your email when you ordered. You may need to email support to find out.
If you don’t remember your email account that was used, you will have to put in a ticket with Republic support.
If that doesn’t work because you can’t login, you should send an email to email@example.com
